RICHMILUNIE Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date you received the item.
  • Sale items or final sale products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
  • Certain products, such as personalized items, open-box, or used items, may be non-returnable. Please verify before returning.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@richmilunie.com or call (978) 597-2945 within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Step 3: After we receive your request, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Note: Please do not send the product back without receiving the RMA number.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except when the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.
  • To ensure safe return delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for orders over $50.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Full Refund: If the product meets the return conditions and was not damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund, minus the shipping costs, if applicable.
  • Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the product is returned in a less-than-new condition (i.e., opened, damaged, or missing parts).

Refund Processing Time:

  • It can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us immediately at info@richmilunie.com or call (978) 597-2945 within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number and describe the damage or defect. We may request photos of the item.
  • Step 3: We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Final Sale Items

Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These items are typically mentioned at the time of purchase. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
